Roaring Fork Waterfall Great Smoky Mountains National Park

The Roaring Fork river outside of Gatlinburg TN in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is an amazing place to visit in the spring. The Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail follows a wonderful mountain river that is rich with natural beauty including waterfalls, spring blooms, historic homesteads, moss covered riverbed rocks, black bears, wildlife and more. It is very easy to get to from downtown Gatlinburg, and is therefore a very popular spot with many of the visitors to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park each year.
