Any items that are in stock will generally ship to you within 3-5 business days of placing your order unless we are out of the office. Canvas prints and items that are not in stock are made to order by hand and can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. You will be notified in the event that your order can not be filled within this time frame so that I can expedite your order in the best manner possible. Feel free to contact me to check the current stock if you need signed artist prints that can ship immediately. You might also consider an unsigned commercial quality print from my Fine Art America gallery.
We do our best to package orders properly and protect them from any harm during shipping, but in the rare event that any damage occurs during shipping you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the damaged shipment to arrange replacement.
Exchanges may be made if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements to return your order to us in new and saleable condition. Any merchandise returned for an exchange is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final 7 days after receiving your order. Clearance and sale items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
