Great Smoky Mountains Scenic Outdoors Landscape Photography Print

Summer evening mountain landscape print featuring an incredible display of crepuscular light rays raining down over endless lush green layers of mountain ridges stretching into the distance as far as you can see. I was lucky to be at one of my favorite viewpoints along the southern Blue Ridge Parkway when these intense sun rays started breaking through the clouds and falling onto the landscape below, creating layers of light and dark contrasts in the mountain ridges that really accentuated the depth in the scene. This area just outside of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park never dissapoints for big mountain views, where around almost every corner is another vista that showcases the beauty of Western North Carolina.
