Cades Cove Landscape Photography Great Smoky Mountains

Cade's Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on a sunny afternoon in the valley. Cades Cove is an amazing place to visit if you are near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, offering scenic views of the Smokies and an incredible array of native wildlife. This image was shot in early spring during my "Spring in the Smokies" landscape photography workshop which takes place in the Gatlinburg TN area. Located just outside of Gatlinburg TN, Cades Cove is a treasure of the national park system and is rich with scenic landscapes, wildlife, historic farm homes, educational exhibits and more.
