Edisto Island South Carolina Scenic Landscape Photography

Botany Bay is an incredibly beautiful historic plantation site and nature preserve located just south of Charleston on the Atlantic Coast of Edisto Island, SC. The road in by itself is an amazing sight to see, and especially so during the warm light of golden hour, as it passes through these old twisted plantation oaks that are covered in a blanket of spanish moss and entangled vines. I personally love the contrast of how peaceful and serene the overall scene here is, when there is such chaos in the details that comprise it.
