Moonlight shines on the deep blue sea from the full moon rising over the broken Frisco Fishing Pier at the Cape Hatteras National Seashore in the Outer Banks NC. This OBX fishing pier located in the small town of Frisco on the Outer Banks has seen better days and is now closed to the public, storms have battered the structure for years and have left it broken and unsafe.
