Blue Ridge Parkway Autumn Sunset Landscape Photography

A stunning autumn sunset over the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from the Blue Ridge Parkway in the southern Appalachian Mountains of Western NC.

This was one of the most amazing scenes I have ever witnessed in my life. The fall foliage was rich with vibrant color, the layers of Blue Ridge Mountains stretch on forever into the distance at this location, and this incredible sunset lit up the sky with colors I've never seen before.
